What is the cinch premier upgrade package? ›

The Premier Upgrade Package is optional buyer-only coverage that provides additional coverage for items not typically included with a home warranty. It provides up to $2,000 per year (two claims of up to $1,000 each) when there are non-covered charges associated with a covered claim.

Cinch Home Services offers three home warranty plans: an Appliances plan, a Built-in Systems plan and a Complete Home plan. It also offers add-on options, a generous 180-day workmanship guarantee, protection for unknown preexisting conditions, and rust and corrosion coverage with all of its plans.

Cinch Home Services does not own Sears Home Warranty, but Cinch does underwrite its home warranty policies. This means that Cinch assumes financial liability for Sears' offerings.

The 90-day warranty is a free, short-term warranty plan that comes with all cars for delivery. If an unexpected problem happens to your car after 90 days, it won't be protected. With cinchCare, you get the continuous coverage of a warranty, regular servicing and breakdown plan for a single monthly price.
